1. Measures coating thickness from 0 to 1800 Micrometre / 70.8 mil, suitable for a wide range of paint, film and surface-coating inspection applications. 2. Automatically identifies magnetic and non-magnetic metal substrates, allowing measurement of coatings on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. 3. Designed for non-destructive measurement of coating thickness without damaging the tested surface, ideal for paint, plating and protective-film inspection. 4. Resolution reaches 0.1 micrometre for measurements below 100 micrometre and 1 micrometre for measurements >=100 micrometre; measurement error is specified as +-5 micrometre for coatings up to 150 micrometre. 5. Supports both single-point measurement and continuous measurement for quick spot checks or repeated coating inspections. 6. Supports basic and zero-point calibration, with storage for up to 1,500 measurement records for convenient inspection and review. 7. Built with a 1000mAh rechargeable lithium battery and compact 52.9 x 26 x 117mm body.
